Please email keynsham@premierangling.com please do not ring the shop as the staff who dispatch the orders work different hours to the shop staff.
Please email any questions to keynsham@premierangling.com and you will get a reply, usually within an hour Monday to Friday.
The staff who deal with web orders do not work at weekends or bank holidays.
If you send an email at the weekend you will receive a reply on Monday.
Where possible we ship goods in the original packaging/boxes, although this may not always be in the case.
We aim to get all orders out to the customer at the earliest opportunity.
All orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. (excluding orders that have a product over 1.4m).
We do our best to dispatch orders on the same working day that we receive them, orders received after 2pm get dispatched the next working day.
Our couriers do not work on a Saturday or a Sunday and bank holidays.
All items are sent by Parcelforce and Royal Mail. Unless they are over a length of 1.4M then they will go through UPS.
There are no deliveries available on a Sunday.
Please be aware, that if you do choose to have your parcel shipped to a different delivery address, we will only ship to addresses within 30 mins of the billing address (where the card is registered).
Our Couriers are now operating a LIMITED 24 hour service due to Coronavirus therefore we are not able to offer this service on large or long parcels over 1.4m. Parcels over this size/length will go by a 48 hour priority service, if you are ordering on a Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning, you will not receive the order until Monday if the parcel is longer than 1.4m or a large item (E.G Sleep system, Large Chair, Seat Box, Rods Etc).
We do not wish to disappoint anybody who wants to order something in time for a weekend fishing trip, but these factors have been imposed on us by our courier and are beyond our control. We will resume to normal service as soon as possible once our couriers are back working as normal.
Anything LONG/LARGE ordered after 12.00 on a Thursday will leave Friday for delivery Monday. Excluding bank holidays
Express Delivery is only available to UK mainland.
Our couriers do not work Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email to say that we have received your order, you will then get another email when your order has been shipped.
We will then send you an email with a tracking number and you will also get a text from Parcel-force telling you when your parcel will be delivered, as long as you have given us your mobile number.
Please check your spam folder if you have not received any of these emails.
Orders over £50 are POSTAGE FREE.
Orders under £50 have a postal charge which depends on the size and weight of the items.
We use Parcelforce and UPS for our courier service, they are the most reliable couriers we have found, it is a 48 hour service with some of the parcels arriving the next day.
Premier Angling only post to mainland UK we can no longer post to Northern Ireland or the Scottish highlands.
Our store is friendly, modern and welcoming to all anglers. Packed over two floors of fishing tackle equipment and bait. We cater for all types of angling and anglers alike.
