We have a comprehensive help section which will most likely contain the answer to your query, we recommend checking this out before getting in touch. Our help section covers most common queries.
At Premier Angling we check every fragile item over before it is dispatched, this means that every item leaves us in a perfect condition. All of our products are of the highest quality and have to pass a quality inspection before they arrive with us, but there are the odd times when items will arrive from a manufacturer with defects. If this does happen, please contact us and we will resolve this quickly and to your satisfaction.
If you have received an item and it has been damaged or broken during transit, we kindly ask that you keep all packaging and take some photos of the parcel, packaging and the item. We will provide details on how to send the photos when you get in touch with us.
Although every item is checked off by a dedicated checker to ensure that each item is correct, they are only human, so if you have received an item in error please except our apologies. Because every case is unique, we ask that you contact us to resolve the situation.

We use 4 main stock states at Premier Angling, each one is explained below.
In-Stock - This means that the item is in stock and ready to be dispatched.
Out of Stock - This means we have sold out of this item, but we should have more stock soon.
3-6 Working Day Delivery / 6-10 Working Day Delivery - This means that we do not keep the item in stock, but we order it direct from the manufacturer for each order.
We only monitor the stock levels of larger items, so items such as hooks, swivels, rig bits etc will always show in stock unless we know there is a supply issue with them. We will try to call you if an item is out of stock to discuss alternatives.
All parcels that are sent with our courier will have tracking, when your order has been dispatched we will send you a link to a page where you can track the parcel, but please wait until 8pm on the day of dispatch before trying to track the parcel as the system needs time to upload the information.
If your order was sent with Royal Mail, we are unable to provide any tracking information as this is an economy service, but most parcels arrive within 1-3 working days, although it is normally the next working day.
Wader & boot sizes are generally the same size as standard footwear, but we recommend that if you intend to use them in the winter that you select a size larger to account for a thicker, thermal sock.
How to select your size
No two feet are alike. Because only you know what feels right on your feet, it is very difficult to recommend sizes.
Please see our advice below for some guidance.
Whenever possible get your feet measured.
If you are familiar with the brand of boots, order the same size you usually wear in that brand.
If you don't remember the size of the boots you currently use, look inside the shaft of the boots or on the inside bottom.
It is very difficult to show a detailed sizing guide for the entire range as it varies between brands, but some products will show a sizing guide as an image in the product description. If there is no sizing guide shown then this means we haven’t been able to get one from the manufacturer. In this instance, we recommend purchasing the standard size you would normally wear.
If you are really worried about the clothing sizes please get in touch, we are happy to provide measurements and advice where we can.
